Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Essex Junction, VT is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to drive equipment reliability and safety at our Essex manufacturing site.

You will lead a team of 10+ technicians, implement preventive and predictive maintenance, and partner with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to minimize downtime and improve OEE.

This hands-on leadership role operates in a highly automated environment with opportunities to advance continuous improvement initiatives and TPM adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably within food or beverage production.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
• Experience working with vendors and consultants to improve manufacturing performance and support operational objectives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain a highly engaged team of 10+ Maintenance Technicians.
• Provide leadership support through maintenance planning meetings, business unit reviews, leadership meetings, and employee communication forums.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
• Lead safety & compliance initiatives to achieve zero injuries and ensure training and regulatory compliance.
• Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs, and minimize downtime across operations.
