Link Snacks is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance of the building, equipment, and systems, including HVAC, ammonia refrigeration, and process equipment. You will coordinate a team of Supervisors, Planners, and Technicians to deliver reliable maintenance outcomes across the facility.

This role requires 5+ years in a maintenance leadership position within manufacturing, with strong CMMS utilization, TPM/PM principles, and a focus on safety and quality.

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Superintendent, Reliability Manager, or similar maintenance leadership role.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with industrial wastewater treatment, ammonia refrigeration, and PSM in a food/beverage setting.
• Lean TPM experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs and CMMS knowledge.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise Maintenance Supervisors, Assistant Maintenance Manager, and other staff.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality requirements.
• Develop and execute 2–3-year maintenance and reliability strategy for the plant.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Lead, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians and support staff to high performance.
