Hydro Extrusions in North America is seeking a Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, maintainability, and performance of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, control systems, and safety infrastructure in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
You will develop and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset life and reduce maintenance costs while supporting TPM initiatives.
Competenze
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required; 5+ years reliability engineering in manufacturing.
- Experience with TPM programs and CMMS knowledge strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement skills.
Mansioni
- Develop and refine preventive/predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset performance.
- Collaborate with planners to ensure PM/PdM services are scheduled and performed as due.
- Analyze data, records, and equipment histories to improve PM/PdM frequencies.
- Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and reduce maintenance needs.
- Ensure staff are trained to carry out programmed maintenance; engage with operation leaders.
- Review PM/PdM procedures with superintendents and secure owner approval.
