Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to maintain and repair apartment communities. You will diagnose and fix complex issues, mentor junior technicians, and lead preventive maintenance initiatives to ensure high standards of property upkeep.

The role requires HVAC certification, experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, plus prior supervisory or lead technician experience. On-call rotations and a strong safety mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair are required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade.
• Strong leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Mentor junior technicians and lead preventative maintenance efforts.
• Repair vacant apartments to make-ready status and assist with pool maintenance.
