Vivmark Residential in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. You will prepare market-ready apartments and help maintain community grounds, ensuring high-quality living experiences.

In this role you may assist in inventory management and, when needed, take on supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across key trades.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address resident service requests.
• Perform hands-on maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Inspect community for repairs and replacements.
• Assist in managing maintenance inventory.
