Vivmark Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Long Beach, CA to address resident service requests and perform diverse maintenance tasks. You will ensure market-ready apartments and help manage operations in the absence of the Service Manager.

The role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a valid driving license. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.
