Job summary

Bigos Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician III at Era on Excelsior in St. Louis Park, MN. You will perform installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep property and grounds up to standards.

Work with Property Manager and Zone Building Engineer, handle on-call rotation, and ensure safety compliance. Monday–Friday hours with limited nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA degree or certification in mechanical, HVAC, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 1+ years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in a residential setting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance work order requests.
• Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, boilers) and perform repairs.
• Assist Property Manager with unit inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with Zone Building Engineer on major repairs and capital projects.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts and supplies; respond to emergencies when needed.
• Ensure safety training compliance and participate in required trainings.
