Bigos Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance at Washington Square in White Bear Lake, MN.

This role supports the Property Manager and aims to keep units rent-ready and common areas well-maintained. Ideal candidates will have relevant maintenance certifications, strong English communication, and the ability to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA degree or certification in mechanical/HVAC/electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Maintenance Technician in a residential setting.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, appliance repair, and building systems.
• Requires certification: Pool Operators, boiler license, and Type II refrigerant within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance work orders promptly.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, boilers) and perform repairs.
• Assist Property Manager with unit inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with Zone Building Engineer on major repairs and projects.
• Work with vendors and maintain tool/supplies inventory.
• Respond to emergency calls as needed and participate in trainings.
