Bigos Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician III for The Ellory in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves installations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure property standards and safety.

You will work with the Property Manager and Zone Building Engineer to complete work orders, support on-call rotations, and keep common areas in top condition. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years in maintenance, and relevant licenses or a plan to obtain them within

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA degree or certification in mechanical, HVAC, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 1+ years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in a residential apartment setting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, appliance repair, building key systems, lawn irrigation, pool and sauna operations.
• Requires Certified Pool Operators License, Special Boiler's License, and Type II Refrigerant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license; travel between sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all maintenance work order requests.
• Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Boilers) and perform repairs.
• Assist the Property Manager in unit-to-unit inspections.
• Perform site preventative maintenance duties.
• Communicate with Zone Building Engineer on major repairs and projects.
• Coordinate with vendor teams on maintenance projects.
• Maintain workshop tools, parts, and supplies.
• Alert Property Manager to high-priority issues.
• Perform groundskeeping and snow removal as needed.
• Remain professional with residents, vendors, and the public.
• Attend required trainings and maintain certifications.
