Job summary

BIGOS MANAGEMENT is seeking a Maintenance Technician III at Washington Square, White Bear Lake, MN. The role emphasizes performing installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to keep units rent-ready and facilities compliant with standards.

You will coordinate with the Property Manager and Zone Building Engineer, complete work orders, and assist with capital projects while maintaining safety and high service levels for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Maintenance experience in residential setting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance work order requests.
• Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Boilers) and perform necessary repairs.
• Assist the Property Manager with unit-to-unit inspections.
• Perform site-level preventative maintenance duties.
• Coordinate with Zone Building Engineer on major repairs and projects.
• Work with vendor teams on identified maintenance projects.
• Maintain inventory of hand tools, parts, and supplies.
• Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner (30 minutes preferred).
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
