Trinity Property Consultants in Eden Prairie, MN seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician III to diagnose complex systems, lead larger repair projects, and mentor junior technicians. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety and compliance across all maintenance activities.

The role requires 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, proficiency in major trades, and EPA/CPO certifications are preferred. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily settings.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Experience completing apartment turns and repairs in occupied and vacant units.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics & Project Oversight: Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Lead full turns and larger renovation or repair projects.
• Perform advanced panel, breaker, motor, and fixture replacements within code.
• Inspect mechanical systems and recommend preventative solutions.
• Operational Leadership: Coordinate vendors, manage supplies and costs, lead on-call service, mentor technicians.
• Safety, Tools & Compliance: Enforce safety standards, maintain personal tool kit, complete training.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties consistent with the position.
