Bozzuto is hiring a Maintenance Technician for residential properties in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems, with a strong emphasis on safety and resident service.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of maintenance experience in property management, HVAC/EPA credentials preferred, and good communication and computer skills. On-call work, weekends, and after-hours shifts are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–5 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential property management.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and/or Appliance Repair expertise.
• HVAC, EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Requires exerting force (50–100 lbs occasionally, 25–50 lbs frequently, 10–20 lbs constantly).
• Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and respond to after-hour emergencies; including nights and weekends on a rotational basis.

Aufgaben

• Lead troubleshooting and adjustments of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems.
• Maintain property asset with advanced skills per Management directions.
• Respond to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians on Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for emergencies.
