Bozzuto is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician in Washington, DC to lead and perform advanced maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security systems. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in residential properties.
• HVAC expertise with EPA Certification preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing or appliance repair skills.
• Able to lift 50–100 pounds and work on-call hours including weekends.
• Reliable transportation and on-call readiness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and maintain control systems and building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, security).
• Maintain property assets as directed by Management with focus on advanced maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections and complete PM tasks.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to execute Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and respond within 24 hours to requests.
• Adhere to building codes, safety standards and fair housing laws; on-call for after-hours emergencies.
