Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead troubleshooting and ongoing care of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems across residential properties.

The position requires 2–5 years in residential maintenance, EPA HVAC certification preferred, and a willingness to respond after hours and on weekends. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $63,000 USD with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential property management.
• HVAC, EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• Requires exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and 25 to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead role in troubleshooting and adjusting control systems and ensuring daily functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems.
• Maintain the physical asset of the property per Management with advanced skills.
• Respond promptly to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to complete the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Ensure safety standards and code compliance per guidelines.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and work weekends as needed.
