Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for our residential properties. You will supervise skilled technicians, ensure timely apartment services, and manage preventative maintenance to protect asset value.

Your background includes 7+ years in facilities, a track record of building teams, and HVAC/EPA/NAPE certification. The role requires readiness for on-site work, on-call rotation, and strong safety discipline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities and/or residential building maintenance
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and team development
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS
• Advanced skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and model Bozzuto's values and culture
• Hire, train and develop techs and care associates
• Follow up with residents and complete service tickets
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues
• Manage make-ready and turnover for leasing readiness
• Execute preventative maintenance programs to preserve value
• Ensure safety codes compliance and accident-free operation
• Lead capital projects and manage vendor relationships
• Oversee staffing schedules and 24/7 emergency coverage
