Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead troubleshoot, adjust control systems and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems across our residential properties. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and HVAC/EPA certification is strongly preferred.

You will respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours, support the Preventative Maintenance Program, provide excellent customer service, and work weekends or evenings on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in residential property management.
• HVAC experience and EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with computer software and responsive in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead role in troubleshooting, adjust control systems and ensure daily functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems.
• Maintain the property assets with advance maintenance skills.
• Respond quickly to deficiencies found in preventive maintenance inspections.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to execute the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Follow up professionally with residents, vendors and management on all services.
• Adhere to building codes, safety standards and fair housing laws; ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies.
