Job summary

CYM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair and basic carpentry. The ideal candidate will be honest, organized, able to multi-task and provide excellent service to residents and staff.

This on-site role requires on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies, weekends, and holidays. We value self-motivation, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving across a range of maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to handle after-hours emergencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Locks & keys, carpentry, painting, drywall repair.
• Janitorial, grounds and snow removal.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage paperwork.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
