Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in implementing preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and inspections and report significant issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and property management to address tenant concerns and improve resident satisfaction.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good order and report issues to management.
• Follow safety regulations and participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
• Support a positive, customer-focused service culture across properties.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with local regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
