MG Properties in Reno seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance for apartment communities. The role requires performing repairs, painting, turnover tasks, and handling on-call emergencies with a strong customer-service focus.

The ideal candidate has experience across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and reliable transportation. On-site duties include ground and common area upkeep, with opportunities in a structured benefits program.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and perform painting tasks.
• Handle apartment turnovers and related tasks.
• Take emergency calls and respond as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
