Job summary

MG Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the team at Reserve at Spring Creek in Richardson, TX. This 200-unit property requires hands-on maintenance across trades and a strong focus on customer service.

The ideal candidate will perform grounds and common area upkeep, appliance repairs, painting and turnovers, and respond to service requests, while participating in on-call rotations. Reliable transportation and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C) required.
• Customer service oriented and team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, and turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and weekend on-call rotations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community environment.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Reserve at Spring Creek, inRichardson, TX!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
