MG Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Lakeridge Living in Reno, NV. The role involves performing a range of maintenance tasks across a 200-unit property, with emphasis on customer service and timely response to requests.

You will contribute to keeping grounds and units in top condition while supporting a welcoming community. The successful candidate will handle duties from appliance repairs to turnovers, work well in a team, and be available for on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning is preferred.
• Customer service orientation and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to work in an on-call rotation and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances as needed.
• Paint and perform general upkeep.
• Turnover apartments between residents.
• Respond to emergency calls and other duties as assigned.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakeridge Living in Reno, NV!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
