MG Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Bristol at Sunset community in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will handle on-site maintenance tasks across grounds, offices, and common areas, perform appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and respond to service requests with a strong sense of customer service.

• Two years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property or larger.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs is required.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint, turnover apartments, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Work in on-call rotation and be flexible with schedule.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bristol at Sunset in Henderson, NV!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
