Bozzuto in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead troubleshooting and ensure daily operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems across residential properties.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential property management.
• HVAC and EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or appliance repair expertise.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs occasionally and push/pull in practical settings.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies, including nights/weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with computer software and apps used in property management.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead role in troubleshooting and adjusting control systems.
• Maintain property assets with advanced maintenance skills.
• Respond promptly to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians on preventative maintenance program.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Ensure safety and compliance with codes and laws.
