Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in the Washington area to lead troubleshooting and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems across residential properties.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in residential maintenance, HVAC/EPA certification, strong communication, and a willingness to work weekends/on-call. Bozzuto offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential property management.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair expertise.
• EPA/HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings and be on call.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and adjust control systems; maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems.
• Maintain the property assets and follow the preventative maintenance program.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Deliver excellent customer service and coordinate with residents, vendors and management.
• Adhere to safety codes and stay current on guidelines.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call after hours.
