Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or related trades.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for on‑call emergencies and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Show care for residents via service ticket resolution and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in with turn‑over repairs.
• Maintain building appearance and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after‑hour emergencies.
