MG Properties seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician for Sonoran Apartments in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads maintenance tasks, coordinates staff, and ensures a safe, well-maintained community for residents.

The ideal candidate has experience across trades, strong customer service, and the ability to schedule preventive maintenance, manage service requests, and uphold safety standards at a large 200+ unit property.

Qualifications

• Position requires at least two years' experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance tasks personally or delegates to Maintenance Technicians.
• Inspects work and ensures make-ready repairs are completed on schedule.
• Coordinates and directs maintenance staff and schedules to cover emergencies 24/7.
• Maintains system for handling resident service requests and responds within 24 hours when possible.
• Performs preventive maintenance and keeps thorough records.
