Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily properties well-maintained and safe for residents. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across buildings, grounds, and systems to sustain quality and uptime.

With 3+ years in maintenance and knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics, you will report hazards, manage supplies, and collaborate with the team to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; computer literacy required; HVAC certificate is helpful; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
