Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean equipment, buildings, and grounds across our facilities. The role supports our property management operations with hands-on skills and a focus on safety and quality service.

You will perform inspections, fix minor issues, manage supplies, and apply carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting knowledge to ensure reliable, well-maintained properties for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy required
• HVAC certificate helpful but not required
• A valid and current driver's license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
