Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean our facility's equipment, buildings, and grounds. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance knowledge and potential growth in property management opportunities within a growing portfolio.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of maintenance experience, basic maintenance skills (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy is required; HVAC cert helps.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs and mechanical systems.
• Report health, safety, or hazardous situations to management immediately.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related skills for maintenance and preventative work.

About The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning our facility's equipment, buildings, and grounds as scheduled to preserve structural integrity and overall upkeep.

You’ll need solid maintenance knowledge and skills, with experience in property management being helpful.

What you will be doing?

• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
