Job summary

The Property Management Company Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean equipment, buildings, and grounds of our facility.

You will apply carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to keep properties in top condition. With at least 3 years in maintenance and a valid driver’s license, you’ll contribute to safety and reliability while growing your career in property management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy required.
• HVAC certificate helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other skills to perform maintenance and preventative measures.
