Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean facilities, equipment, and grounds. You will perform daily inspections, handle minor repairs across roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems, and report hazards promptly.Proactive use of carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting skills is required, with a valid driver’s license and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy required.
• HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related skills to perform maintenance and preventative measures.
