CompoSecure is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure continuous functionality of all production equipment at our facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and manage spare parts per procedures, while following OSHA safety standards.

You will maintain logs in the CMMS, coordinate with outside contractors, support safety and environmental programs, and participate in continuous improvement to keep our production lines running reliably.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Electrical, Mechanical, Welding, Electro-Mechanical and equipment training, a plus.
• High School Graduate required. Vocational Degree Preferred.
• Experience with a virtual work order and spare parts management system preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load.
• Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, self-motivated, creative and innovative.

Responsabilités

• Perform regularly scheduled preventive maintenance on all production equipment and machinery.
• Perform emergency repairs on all production equipment and machinery.
• Conform to all procedures regarding spare parts usage.
• Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with OSHA safety requirements, including lockout/tagout.
• Maintain mechanical availability of all production and facility equipment.
• Maintain a daily log of Preventive Maintenance and downtime through CMMS (Simplicity).
• Assist Parts Inventory Clerk with specs for sourcing parts and work with outside contractors for routine maintenance and repairs.
• Provide timely Corrective Action responses and resolutions as needed.
• Install new equipment or facility upgrades as required to support production.
• Support Safety and Cleanliness Programs and EMS environmental practices.
