CompoSecure is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to operate, troubleshoot, and service Muhlbauer equipment to meet production goals with precision. You'll lead setup, start-up, and changeovers, train new hires, and maintain quality records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance or machining.
• High School or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using schematics and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine operation setup, repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Train new hires and document training.
• Ensure machine start-up, shut down, and changeover are executed correctly.
• Observe machine settings for accuracy and product quality.
• Inspect first parts and during production for out-of-tolerance conditions.
