CompoSecure LLC is seeking an Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations on the production floor. You will partner with Production and Engineering to maintain stable processes, reduce defects, and drive continuous improvement through data collection and root-cause analysis.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, documentation, and training support to improve yield and process performance.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• High attention to detail with accuracy.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily support to production teams to meet operational needs, quality standards and delivery goals.
• Act as a technical liaison between Engineering and Production for troubleshooting and consistency.
• Collect, analyze, and report defect and process data to support yield improvement and quality initiatives.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Support training of operators and technicians for consistent process execution.
