Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb stairs, and work safely at heights.
• Experience in FDA-regulated or ISO-certified production facilities preferred.
• Experience with pumps, motors and HVAC systems preferred; biodiesel/food processing familiarity a plus.
• Welding certification, OSHA 10hr and NFPA 70E preferred.
• Willingness to respond to off-hours requests, including weekends or nights.
• Strong problem-solving, planning and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely in AgCertain environments and follow SOPs.
• Update SOPs and provide training for maintenance staff.
• Perform routine facility inspections and maintain logs.
• Carry out repairs and installations with timely completion.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and place replacement orders.
• Prioritize maintenance work orders based on urgency and impact.
• Adhere to GMP and maintain food safety standards.
• Participate in company trainings and improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
