Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to operate, set up and maintain production equipment with a focus on precision and quality. You will train new hires and ensure accurate documentation, while maintaining equipment performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Strong math skills and understanding of measurement units.

Responsibilities

• Primary trainer for new hires in machine operation and documenting training.
• Lead productivity, maintenance, and quality for Muhlbauer equipment.
• Oversee machine start-up, shut down and changeover.
• Set up machines for specific jobs and new programs as needed.
• Inspect parts and machine settings to ensure conformance to specs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and spare parts inventories.
• Record logs and documentation for maintenance activities.
