Job summary

CompoSecure, L.L.C. in New Jersey is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for set-up, repair, preventative maintenance, and operation of production equipment to meet quality and efficiency goals.

You will train new hires on machine operation, lead maintenance of Muhlbauer equipment, perform start-ups and changeovers, log activities, and ensure safety and documentation are up to date.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
• High School or GED; technical certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for new hires in machine operation and document training.
• Lead productivity, maintenance, and quality of Muhlbauer equipment.
• Own machine start-up, shut down, and changeover.
• Set up machines for specific jobs including new programs.
• Inspect parts and monitor tolerances during production.
