Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) in Memphis seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep factories running smoothly. You will perform expert break-fix and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex control systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across equipment and processes.

The role requires a technical associates degree or equivalent experience, strong skills in predictive maintenance, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate degree (Technical) with 5+ years of related experience or 7+ years in the field.
• Experience with predictive technologies and maintenance of process equipment.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power control systems.
• Ability to use hand tools and specialized equipment.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Identify and source parts, materials, and repairs; evaluate best options for cost and reliability.
• Lead CI activities and drive cost savings through process improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex control systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain CMMS records and participate in training of junior technicians.
