Job summary

ATS seeks an experienced maintenance professional to uphold expert-level break-fix and preventive maintenance, design improvements, and troubleshooting across manufacturing environments.

You will use predictive technologies, vibration analysis, and CI methods to drive reliability and cost savings. The role requires hands-on machining, safety adherence, and coaching less experienced technicians while maintaining CMMS records.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; technical/associates degree preferred with 7+ years in industry.
• Proficiency in predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; OSHA/safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix & preventive maintenance and designs improvements.
• Programs, troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve problems.
• Uses predictive equipment and interprets results for condition assessment and proactive maintenance.
• Leads CI activities, identifies cost savings and sources parts as needed.
• Maintains CMMS records and trains less proficient technicians.
