Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing maintenance role.
• Strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety regulations and procedures in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with a variety of repair tools and machinery.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Preferred technical degree or certification.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all types of manufacturing machinery and equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on a regular basis to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Fabricating, constructing, and installing parts or equipment as required, using various tools and machinery.
• Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems, identifying root causes of failures, and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and standards.
• Training and mentoring junior technicians, sharing expertise and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Documenting all maintenance work performed, creating detailed reports for management.
