Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Massachusetts to support CNC machining and metal fabrication equipment. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC mills and lathes, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and collaborate with production and engineering to improve machine reliability.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery.
Experience performing preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC and fabrication equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime.
Maintain and repair CNC mills and lathes.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and machine improvements.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
Document repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability.
Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
