Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an Sr. Maintenance Technician-PLC to ensure equipment uptime through advanced electrical troubleshooting of 480VAC and 24VDC systems in a bottling plant environment in San Antonio.

The role requires strong knowledge of AB, B&R, Siemens, and Zenon, plus experience with PM practices and data backups. You will train staff, lead projects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements across blow molding, filling, labeling, and packaging lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 years in electrical maintenance
• Minimum Qualifications: 6 years experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance and position
• Minimum Qualifications: 4 years experience managing people/projects

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on procedures
• Drive continuous improvement projects with upper management
• Perform rapid root-cause analysis to minimize downtime
• Lead overhauls and equipment rebuilds during planned downtime
• Develop and transfer SOPs and troubleshooting procedures
• Troubleshoot high-speed bottling equipment and OEM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
