Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician - PLC to ensure equipment uptime through electrical troubleshooting of 480VAC & 24VDC components. The role requires deep knowledge of AB, B&R, Siemens automation and HMI systems, and leadership in a fast-paced bottling environment.

You will train teams, lead maintenance projects, and implement best practices aligned with Niagara’s strategies. Strong fundamentals in electrical, mechanical, and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in electrical maintenance
• Experience in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read electrical & instrumentation schematics

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide
• Train and lead operators and supervisors on technical procedures
• Lead continuous improvement projects with plant leadership
• Rapidly identify and diagnose machine problems to minimize downtime
• Transfer knowledge to Niagara team members on bottling operations and injection technology
• Drive throughput improvement using data from software systems
• Oversee overhaul efforts during planned downtime
