Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure market-ready apartments. You will conduct preventative maintenance and keep grounds and common areas in good condition.

Candidates should be able to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC, possess a High School diploma or equivalent, have a valid driver’s license, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and interior repairs/painting.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; able to work in a team and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks and prepare market-ready apartments.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain grounds/common areas.
• Perform regular community inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
• Work Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM with on-call rotation.
