Job summary

Titan Corp is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide routine maintenance for a growing property management portfolio and deliver excellent resident service. You must wear a uniform with ID at all times on Titan Corp properties, including nights and weekends.

The role emphasizes safety, timely service, and professional presentation. Candidates should have CMRT and EPA certifications, and a minimum of five years’ maintenance experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• CMRT certification is required.
• EPA certification is required.
• Minimum five years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Must be clean cut, neatly dressed, and wear the proper uniform.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Keep maintenance shop clean and orderly.
• Monitor and operate compactor.
• Help maintain grounds and streets free of litter.
• Maintain all amenity areas.
• Assist Community Director with unusual projects to maintain smooth operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Director or Maintenance Supervisor.
