Job summary

Titan Corp in a growing property management company is hiring Maintenance Technicians to provide proper maintenance for the community and excellent customer service to residents and prospects. The role requires wearing a uniform with an I.D.

badge on Titan Corp properties at all times, including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include completing service requests within 24 hours, keeping the maintenance shop clean, operating equipment, moving heavy items, and performing general repairs.

Qualifications

• CMRT certification required.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Must have a sense of pride about quality work and be courteous.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Maintain clean and orderly maintenance shop.
• Monitor and operate equipment (compactor, pumps, ladders).
• Move and install heavy appliances and furniture.
• Perform maintenance on weight room equipment and amenity areas.
• Assist Community Director with projects to maintain operations.
• Move and replace signs, perform light bulb replacements and inspections.
• Maintain pool equipment and chemical handling as needed.
• Move items between apartments and model units as required.
• Perform repairs to building structure and special equipment.
