Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing via pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Provide prompt service to residents and complete service requests timely.
• Perform preventive maintenance and on-call duties.
