Job summary

Titan Corp is seeking a Service (Punch) Technician to preserve and maintain community facilities and grounds, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal for residents. You will wear the specified uniform with ID badge when on Titan Corp properties, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include completing the make-ready inspection, addressing maintenance requests, and assisting in various maintenance tasks. The role requires physical exertion and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be people oriented with strong organizational and make-ready skills.
• EPA Certification - Type I and Type II preferred.
• One year in a maintenance position at an apartment community or related position.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools, Freon recovery machinery, air conditioning gauges and vacuum pumps.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a drug screen and agility test; able to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 'make ready' process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by inspecting and listing maintenance needs.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Provide prompt and professional service to residents.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner and perform preventive maintenance checks.
• Be available for on-call duties for emergencies or as assigned.
• Maintain clean, neat uniform and professional appearance.
