Thrive Communities in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to staff Thrive properties across Washington. You will perform routine preventative maintenance, respond to work orders, and collaborate with leasing staff to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in maintenance, ability to travel between sites, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license. CAMT/CPO certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a maintenance role, preferably in property management.
• Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair.
• Basic computer skills with ability to input notes in English.
• CAMT and CPO certifications are a plus.
• Must supply own tools and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Coordinate with leasing staff to ensure seamless communication.
• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow OSHA/SDS requirements.
• Diagnose and repair issues in homes and throughout the property.
• Maintain grounds and professional appearance of the property.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs and services.
