Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.
• Regular, supervised manual, task-oriented work.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC; able to provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Use industry tools to complete repairs and make-readies to move units to move-in condition.
• Process maintenance requests and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions to management.
• Follow and document preventive maintenance programs per BH guidelines.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools and communicate with the team.
